We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Assistant to join our operations team.
The candidate will be office based at our Sandscale Park, Barrow in Furness site.
What will you be doing?
- Working alongside our operations team
- Dealing with customers over the telephone, via email and in person
- Processing customer orders online and via telephone
- Using a variety of different company systems unique to JJC Hire
- General administration duties
- Assisting drivers with delivery queries
- Assisting other teams when necessary
What you will need:
- GCSE Grade A-C or 9-4 in Maths and English
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- To be self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop
- The ability to work in a team and independently, as well as being able to balance the responsibilities of study and work
Job Type: Part-time,
Expected hours: 24 hours
