You will monitor inventory and retail readiness, improve SEO and content, run audits, prepare reports, and support ad execution. Goal is simple, protect and grow sales while reducing waste KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Catalog, SEO, and content quality Audit titles, bullets, images, A+, variation links, attributes, and backend terms. Fix quick wins, ticket complex issues. Refresh SEO using SQP, Helium10, and Brand Analytics. Track impact on sessions and CVR. Maintain Brand Store updates, seasonal refreshes, and image alt text. Reporting and analysis Build, maintain and improve existing dashboards in Sheets or Excel. Metrics include sessions, CVR, sales, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, and units by ASIN. Create weekly insights with root causes and next actions. Keep versions and SOP links tidy. Retail operations Monitor buy box, price, deal setup, coupon accuracy, shipping templates, and FC transfers. Coordinate with Ops for fixes. Track inventory health, inbound ETAs, aging, and stockout risk. Flag before it hits the detail page. Awareness of Product Compliance procedures, preferably diagnostics and OTC products, check language against FDA EUA and Amazon policy. Remove risky claims, attach proof docs for appeals. Triage suppressions and stranded inventory. Draft clear appeals with evidence. KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 0–2 years in marketplace ops, digital ads, analytics, or SEO. Amazon experience preferred Strong English, can write clear, compliant, benefits-led copy Excel or Google Sheets power user, pivots, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, text functions, Power Query basics Comfortable with Seller Central, Brand Registry, A+ and Stores, Amazon Ads Console Helium10 and Brand Analytics required.
