Sparringpartner zijn voor senior leiderschapsteams van business lines op het gebied van HR advice, verzuimmanagement, well being en loopbaanadvies. Functieomschrijving Als Head of HR Business Advise geef je leiding aan een multidisciplinair team binnen de afdeling People Services, bestaande uit HR Business Advice (7), Health & Case Management (3) , Well Being (1) en Career Development Centre (2). Het betreft een interne HR-rol: je adviseert en ondersteunt binnen de organisatie en bent geen onderdeel van extern advies. Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van HR-processen op basis van de HR-kalender, het uitvoeren en ondersteunen van verzuimmanagement volgens het eigen regiemodel, en het stimuleren van duurzame inzetbaarheid door training, voorlichting en loopbaanadvies. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van People & Culture aan de implementatie van het nieuwe Target Operating Model en Service Catalogue concept. Je realiseert een high performance cultuur en zorgt voor effectieve samenwerking en kennisoverdracht binnen het team. Je werkt intensief samen met kritische interne stakeholders die hoge eisen stellen aan de HR-dienstverlening. Je bewaakt de belangen van HR en je team zorgvuldig en weet deze op een overtuigende manier te vertegenwoordigen, ook wanneer er druk ontstaat vanuit de organisatie. Verder neem je deel aan HR-brede projecten, initieer je verbeterprojecten en voer je een continue Demand & Supply dialoog met business stakeholders. Je bent sparringpartner voor senior leiderschapsteams en verantwoordelijk voor budgetten en supplier management voor afdeling gerelateerde processen en diensten. Functie-eisen Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding op het gebied van HRM, bedrijfskunde, arbeidsrecht of vergelijkbaar. Minimaal 10 jaar leidinggevende ervaring aan HR-advies teams, in complexe organisaties of consultancy/accountancy/advocatuur omgevingen. Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Actuele kennis van arbeidswetgeving, verzuimbeleid en HR-trends. Ervaring met grote verandertrajecten en organisatie herstructurering is een grote pré. Sterke leiderschaps- en teammanagementvaardigheden, met een bewezen staat van dienst in het ontwikkelen van high performance teams. Strategisch inzicht en het vermogen om HR-beleid, verzuimmanagement en duurzame inzetbaarheid te verbinden aan organisatiedoelen. Organisatievermogen: overzicht houden, prioriteiten stellen, voortgang bewaken, projecten/verbeteringen daadwerkelijk afmaken en afronden.
