You’ll utilize your SDLC expertise along with your general all-round awesome BA skills. You will likely be responsible for leading multiple platform and application development teams, coordinating and scheduling team meetings, measuring progress and monitoring team performance along with your Delivery Manager. You will coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve impediments and understand key inter-team dependencies. What you’ll do: Establish and drive requirements gathering activities Organise and facilitate requirements workshops Create user personas and user journeys Creating documentation i.e. use cases, user stories, prototypes, wireframes, proposals and strategy documents Collaborate with Product Management and Product Ownership team to ensure value is being created and delivery backlogs are groomed and maintained. Influencing change that increases team performance at a sustainable pace. Building and promoting an open, trusting and respectful team environment; facilitating discussion, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution Providing support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
