Stellenbeschreibung
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Business Development team. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the performance of our partnerships with external platforms, ensuring that we deliver impactful results through data-driven insights.

In this role, you will be responsible for quantitative reporting, performance tracking, and supporting the execution of initiatives in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager. You will also remain flexible to support other business development priorities as they arise.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting frameworks to monitor partnership performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights based on your analysis to improve the success of our strategic partnerships.
• Track key KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Execution Support:
• Work closely with the Key Account Manager on the execution of initiatives aimed at improving partnership performance.
• Business Development Support:
• Contribute to strategic projects, market analyses, and opportunity assessments.
• Prepare materials and analysis for new initiatives.
• Step in to assist with other business development topics when priorities shift or urgent needs arise.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Collaborative: Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Flexible: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Proactive: Able to take initiative and work independently while balancing multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting or a data-focused role, ideally within business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and BigQuery is a plus.
