The successful candidate will combine strong technical business analysis skills with process design expertise. Your Future Role within QRT Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology stakeholders to capture and refine business and regulatory requirements. Translate complex compliance needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Map, analyse, and redesign compliance processes, identifying efficiencies and improvement opportunities. Develop target-state process and data flow models to support monitoring, reporting, and surveillance activities. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented, tested, and delivered into production. Use SQL, Python, and data analysis techniques to validate data accuracy and completeness. Support design and implementation of solutions related to regulatory reporting, surveillance, and automated controls. Facilitate agile delivery by coordinating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within the compliance technology landscape. Your Present Skillset Significant experience in business analysis, process design, or related functions within financial services. Strong background in process modelling, requirements gathering, and solution design. Good understanding of regulatory or control frameworks (e.g., MAR, MiFID II, EMIR, SMCR, AML) is advantageous. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with working knowledge of Python. Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and workflow or compliance systems.
