How you'll make an impact The Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for driving new business growth and servicing existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an annual business development and sales plan. Set and achieve sales and revenue targets. Oversee budgets for business development and sales activities. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing prospects and clients. Identify and develop relationships with new prospects. Understand and address key business issues at the prospect level. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Evaluate quotes, rates, and stop-loss insurance options to provide clients with optimal solutions. Conduct contribution strategy analysis to align insurance offerings with client needs and financial goals. Provide expertise in self-insured and fully insured environments to guide clients in selecting the best risk management strategies. This role does require 50% travel within the state of Arizona About You Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
