THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Singapore to kick-start or grow their sales career. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, generating new sales pipeline through inbound and outbound opportunity qualification.

In this role, you will:

  • Gain deep product knowledge and understand our target customers’ needs and motivations
  • Learn to generate pipeline quickly, conduct effective discovery, and qualify opportunities
  • Communicate extensively with prospective clients to understand challenges and position SWAT solutions effectively
  • Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and research new accounts; perform outbound calls to generate pipeline
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and qualify leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Partner with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and optimise lead scoring
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Exceed monthly opportunity quotas and KPIs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
