Job Description At Lifebroker, the Business Readiness Manager ensures technology and business change land well and deliver real value. This role focuses on making new systems and ways of working ready for use—supporting people through change so improvements are adopted smoothly and confidently. By bridging delivery teams and the Lifebroker business, the role helps turn investment into better experiences for advisers and customers. In doing so, it directly supports TAL’s purpose by enabling Lifebroker to operate simply, reliably and at scale—so more Australians can be protected when it matters most. In this role you will: Lead the readiness and adoption of new systems and business changes across Lifebroker. Turn business requirements into clear, prioritised work that delivery teams can build and release. Act as the main link between Lifebroker stakeholders and technology teams to ensure changes meet real needs. Own Salesforce CRM business support, including issue triage, testing and release coordination. Plan and run user acceptance testing and ensure changes are ready for go‑live. Support the business with clear change communications, training and post‑release support. Improve business performance through better processes, controls and automated reporting aligned to TAL standards.
