The Senior Business Operations Manager will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, helping identify, frame, and solve the company’s most important operational and growth challenges. Reporting to the CRO and working closely with leaders across Brokerage, Sales, Placements, Finance, Product, and Operations, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will help leaders turn ambiguity into clarity, insights into decisions, and decisions into measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for driving execution across the entire portfolio of business initiatives, as well as personally managing a few initiatives that are cross-functionally complex. This is a modern BizOps role: equal parts thought partner, analyst, and execution owner.
