Liderará la gestión del talento, relaciones laborales, clima organizacional y cumplimiento normativo, asegurando un entorno de trabajo seguro, eficiente y comprometido. Principales responsabilidades Acompañar a los líderes de planta en la toma de decisiones relacionadas con personas, brindando asesoramiento experto en temas de desempeño, desarrollo, clima y relaciones laborales. Llevar a cabo los procesos clave de RRHH en planta, incluyendo el reclutamiento operativo, onboarding, formación, evaluación de desempeño, planes de sucesión y acciones de fidelización. Coordinar y ejecutar el proceso de evaluación del desempeño, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos del negocio y promoviendo el desarrollo profesional del personal. Llevar a cabo el plan formativo anual de las areas asignadas, identificando necesidades de capacitación, coordinando acciones formativas y evaluando su impacto. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente, políticas internas y convenios colectivos aplicables. Colaborar con Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (EHS) para fomentar una cultura de prevención y bienestar en el entorno industrial. Liderar iniciativas de cambio organizacional, comunicación interna y cultura corporativa en planta.
