Strategic HR Initiatives: Contribute to HR-related projects that support operational efficiency and business growth. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and employee experiences. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of HR experience in areas such as HRIS, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. A passion for HR, with a continuous drive for improvement and excellence. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. Experience in a 24-hour manufacturing environment is a plus. Paylocity experience is a plus.
