Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen. Erstellung von kundenbezogenen Datenanalysen, um eine intuitive Platzierung von Ersatzteilen auf Online-Plattformen sicherzustellen und, um die Kundenzufriedenheit stetig zu verbessern. Gestaltung von Marketingkonzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Communications & Marketing. Wirtschaftliche Bewertung und Erarbeitung von Business Cases, sowie Unterstützung und Durchführung von Sonderprojekten für das Service- & Ersatzteilegeschäft. Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für das Management und die strategischen Gremien.
