Team Leadership and Management:
+ Lead and manage multiple delivery squad, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution
+ Provide line management to each squad’s lead engineer
+ Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
+ Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the career progression of team members
+ Drive employee satisfaction and engagement
Solution Delivery & Project Management:
+ Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
+ Ensure delivery squads are enabled to deliver the solution offerings developed with the Office of the CTO, defining delivery standards
+ Implement best practices for agile development and quality assurance
+ Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, being a point of escalation to help your teams solve complex challenges
+ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
Solution offering and company growth:
+ Collaborate with the Office of the CTO to develop and refine our Data & AI solution offerings, aligning with market trends and client needs
+ Provide pre-sales engineering support, including solution design, technical presentations, and proposal development to the Sales team in order to drive new business and clients wins
+ Act as a subject matter expert, demonstrating deep knowledge of Google Cloud Data & AI services and solutions.
+ Drive sales growth by actively participating in client engagements and identifying new opportunities.
