Job Description Summary Deliver an exceptional training experience to sales teams through customized presentations for large scale projects, product launches, and ongoing sales team development. Assess and determine training needs based on interactions with sales leadership, managerial feedback, and observation of wholesaler activity and performance. Conduct ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of training efforts based on levels of participant reaction, knowledge acquired, behavioral change, and business impact. Job Description Responsibilities Support strategic initiatives; attend meetings and support project work in new products and system projects. Meet regularly with the leaders to assess involvement and impact, and identify gaps or items that need to be addressed throughout the process. Continual process improvement and partnership with team members to ensure consistency and leverage knowledge and experience to ensure a quality product that adds value to the organization. Design, develop, and facilitate on-going training for continual improvement of sales skills (e.g. relationship selling, decision-making styles, customer centric language, etc.) Deliver and assess process and system training.
