REQUIREMENTS OF A RESTAURANT TEAM LEADER:

· Previous supervisory/team leader experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment;
· Demonstrable leadership skills;
· An energetic and fun personality coupled with a ‘can-do’ attitude

· Assist with the ongoing training and development of the restaurant team;
· Champion and personify the Smashburger culture within the restaurant and the team;
· Take ownership of guest experience and ensure each and every guest receives outstanding service;
