Our firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity and real estate to corporate and tax matters.To be based in our Luxembourg office (Kirchberg), we are looking for a:Internship – Learning & Development6 months – Starting in September 2025Your role:Within the Arendt Learning department, you will support the Learning team in partnership with One Arendt experts and external vendors.Manage the training calendar, plan the training courses/trainers, publish the learning sessions on Arendt learning platformMaintain training records (participant lists, schedules, attendance sheets), draft reports on training activities and resultsEnsure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practicesCompile learning feedback and provide compilation to trainer and design and development teamCooperating with external vendorsBe the point of contact for the administrative tasksAdministrate Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure systematic capture of corporate training records and data, including management of rightsProcess invoices and check the invoices against ordersYour profile:You are a student in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources and are looking for an internship as part of your studies;You have a perfect command of French and English (both spoken and written);You have an excellent command of MS Office in particular in Excel;You are highly organised, rigorous with an eye for details and fast-learner;You are able to work autonomously;You have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team player.We offer:Excellent internal trainingAn entrepreneurial working environment giving priority to collaborative workA hybrid working environment offering flexibility and the possibility to work from homeA challenging role within a renowned organisationA multicultural environment where we promote diversity, talent & ideasThe ability to work and interact with a wide variety of specialistsInterested?If you are interested in this job opportunity, we are looking forward to receiving your application.All applications will be treated confidentially.#A&MAbout ArendtArendt & Medernach (A&M) is dedicated to providing top-quality legal services.
