Sécurité et conformité réglementaire Pilotage de la veille sécurité : suivi des diagnostics, contrôles réglementaires et traitement des non-conformités. Anticipation et intégration des évolutions réglementaires dans les pratiques opérationnelles. Relation locataires et représentation Représentation de l’organisme auprès des locataires, des partenaires locaux, des copropriétés et des institutions. Contribution active à la qualité du cadre de vie et au bien-vivre ensemble. Profil recherché : Vous disposez de solides compétences techniques (bâtiment, maintenance, sécurité) et d’une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement du logement social. Autonome et réactif(ve), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre rigueur et vos qualités relationnelles. Des déplacements réguliers étant à prévoir, le permis B est requis. Vos atouts : Formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 en gestion immobilière, management, administration ou équivalent. Expérience confirmée de 2 à 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire, idéalement chez un bailleur social. La maîtrise d’un ERP immobilier (type IKOS – Sopra Steria) constitue un plus.
