As a Producer Advocacy Representative, you will provide high-quality support to producers by answering policy questions specific to post-bind changes, reviewing coverages to ensure our policyholders are adequately protected, and evaluating documents to ensure accuracy in handling. The ability to handle inquiries in a positive and professional manner, along with knowledge of insurance industry terminology, policies, and procedures, is required for this role. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and be effective handling difficult conversations with our producers. Additionally, you will work closely with the underwriting team, managing the initial review of inspections, processing changes to the policy when authorized to make decisions, and deferring to an underwriter when not empowered to make underwriting decisions.
