This role is ideal for a candidate with relevant experience who can work independently while contributing effectively to day-to-day responsibilities. The position involves handling assigned tasks, supporting ongoing operations, and adapting to a variety of needs within the organization. The individual may also assist with additional duties as required, contributing to overall team and organizational goals. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative specializing in Wound Care. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and managing relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and educating clients about NHMS's advanced wound care and regenerative products. Role Responsibilities * Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value to prospective and existing clients. * Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and consistently meet or exceed established sales targets. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers by understanding their unique needs and recommending tailored solutions from the NHMS product portfolio. * Provide ongoing product education and support to clients to ensure optimal utilization and satisfaction. * Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. * Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation activities. * Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to support client retention and satisfaction. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to achieve organizational goals and enhance overall performance. * Partner with the marketing team to support campaigns and provide feedback to improve messaging, offerings, and the overall customer experience.
