Working closely with the Group Digital HR team and local HR teams, you will act as a key regional point of contact for EARTH HCM activity. You will help ensure that HR processes are clearly understood, effectively digitalised using the Group’s tools and consistently embedded across the business. This is an opportunity to play an important role in HR transformation, helping to shape how digital HR solutions are used to improve the employee experience, strengthen HR service delivery and support business performance. The successful candidate will bring strong HR systems experience, ideally with Oracle Cloud HCM or a comparable enterprise HR platform, alongside a practical understanding of HR processes and the needs of HR teams. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with stakeholders, supporting users through change, improving processes and helping teams get the best from HR technology.
