WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your role will be 50% hands-on juice production + 50% customer service/office work. You’ll:

• Help with juice production, prepping produce, pouring juices/nut milks, and keeping the kitchen organized.
• 2 days a week you’ll be in charge of making all the nut milks and smoothies for the days ahead.
• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person at our shop.
• Keep the inbox and office organized, adding orders to production & help with invoicing.
• Problem solving customer issues and giving above and beyond customer service.
• Step in where needed, bringing ideas, solutions, and positivity to the team.
• Helping with various office + admin tasks

• Step back and see the bigger picture of the day and week - anticipating where extra support is needed, then speaking up and problem-solving to keep everything on track
