Core Responsibilities 1. Brand Positioning & Messaging Architecture Refine and codify MusicBreeds’ brand identity, messaging pillars, and tone for B2B, B2G, and B2C audiences. Translate complex program models into clear, compelling value propositions for superintendents, agency leaders, and families. Develop a comprehensive brand messaging framework and ensure its consistent application across all channels and assets. 2. Strategic Marketing Framework Build a marketing roadmap that connects immediate organizational goals (awareness, partnership growth, lead generation) with long-term brand scalability. Conduct a marketing audit to assess digital assets, messaging, and visual identity, identifying key areas for optimization. Provide strategic direction for storytelling content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity. 5. Leadership Advisory & Capability Building Advise the CEO and leadership team on communications and marketing strategies aligned with MusicBreeds’ overall growth plan. Establish marketing standards, workflows, and systems that ensure consistency and sustainability post-engagement.
