CIC Group, located in Fenton, MO is seeking an ERP Support Analyst for our Enterprise Application Support Team. The ERP Support Analyst is responsible for first response and general troubleshooting of ERP issues that are routed to the Enterprise Application Team. This analyst will work directly with users to solve business process issues leveraging existing or researched knowledge, technical support skills, packaged solution expertise, while also documenting proven solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience supporting ERP systems with a focus in construction and/or accounting is preferred. Vista by Viewpoint ERP software experience is a plus.
• High level of customer support with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and/or Crystal Reports is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree is generally preferred but not required; 4+ years of experience in ERP support will be considered in lieu of a degree.
