Verleg jouw grenzen als Sales Manager Duty Free in Global Travel Retail Als Sales Manager Duty Free ben jij de spil tussen wereldwijde A-merken en internationale klanten zoals luchthavens, grenswinkels en veerboten. Jij weet hoe je kansen omzet in resultaat en zoekt een nieuwe uitdaging waarin je je ondernemersmentaliteit kwijt kunt. In deze rol draait sales om het opbouwen van langdurige partnerships met klanten én leveranciers. Jij beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen beide werelden en weet als geen ander hoe je deals sluit die voor iedereen waarde opleveren. Wat je gaat doen: Ben jij hét aanspreekpunt tussen A-merken als Mars, Diageo, Heineken, Dior en jouw internationale Duty Free klanten die deze producten verkopen in hun retail omgeving. Werk je met meerdere categorieën en onderhoud je intensief contact met zowel klanten als leveranciers. Je bent dus niet alleen verkoper, maar ook strateeg en relatiebouwer. Houd je contact met klanten via telefoon en digitaal, maar bezoek je ze ook regelmatig. Je reist hiervoor gemiddeld vier tot vijf keer per jaar. Coördineer je de orderverwerking en klanttevredenheid, en gebruik je je analytische vaardigheden om marktontwikkelingen, strategieën en prestaties continu te monitoren en bij te sturen. Gebruik je je scherpe gevoel voor het maken van deals tijdens onderhandelingen, met oog voor zowel marges als relaties op de lange termijn. Functie-eisen Dit ben jij Je bent een ondernemende teamspeler met een commerciële mindset. Je denkt vooruit, handelt doelgericht en weet met jouw scherpe analyses en inzichtelijke aanpak altijd het verschil te maken. Je krijgt energie van het sluiten van deals, en vindt het leuk om in een internationale, dynamische omgeving te werken waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Jij: Hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in sales, bij voorkeur binnen chocolade, drank of Duty Free. Bent zowel een teamspeler als een zelfstandige dealmaker. Hebt ervaring met distributie en ziet en grijpt commerciële kansen. Beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden; je weet je cijfers en strategieën scherp in te zetten. Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands én Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift. Ervaring met (internationaal) reizen en reisbereidheid is een plus.
