You'll play a crucial role in staging materials for delivery to customers while providing a high level of customer service. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Package Assembly: Skillfully assemble building material packages to meet customer requirements and specifications. Efficient Loading: Load packages onto delivery trucks with precision, ensuring safe transportation to our customers. Inventory Management: Receive and unload materials from vendors' trucks or railcars, contributing to the stock inventory of products. Maintain Workspace: Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized to ensure a safe and productive environment. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers and subcontractors in a friendly and helpful manner, delivering exceptional customer service. Load Customer Vehicles: Assist customers in loading their materials onto their vehicles, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. Requirements Required: Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Forklift Certification: Be forklift certified or willing to become certified within 30 days of employment. Physical Capability: Able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
