Description du poste Le chef de partie est un cuisinier qualifié capable d’élaborer des plats, d’organiser son poste, de gérer son équipe. Vous maîtrisez un grand nombre de techniques culinaires & possède des connaissances en management. Vous êtes capable d’être autonome & organisé. Vous savez prioriser vos missions, déléguer et contrôler. Vous êtes capable de mesurer vos besoins en commande et ajuster votre production en fonction des réservations. Le poste de chef de partie est un poste central dans le développement des cuisiniers qualifiés.
