Job Description Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for running your own section, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency, and supporting the team across all areas of the kitchen as needed. Demonstrated experience in dinner service and Conference & Events (C&E) operations. At least 2–3 years’ experience working in events and leading night-time kitchen teams. Availability to work evenings across a 7-day roster. Proven leadership capability, with experience guiding and supervising junior chefs during service.
