The Pilgrim Hotel is a 21 Bedroom Hotel located on the edge of Hereford.
We have a thriving food trade and are looking to expand our team of Chefs.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Pilgrim Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in our restaurant operations by preparing high-quality meals for our guests. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellent food and service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    We do have staff accommodation available should you wish to live in.
