Controlar el uso adecuado de ingredientes, porciones, mermas, inventarios y equipos de cocina. Revisar la calidad, frescura y presentación de los productos antes, durante y después del servicio. Apoyar en la recepción, almacenamiento y rotación adecuada de productos, siguiendo el sistema PEPS. Colaborar en la creación, prueba y mejora de recetas, menús, especiales y experiencias culinarias. Reportar cualquier necesidad de mantenimiento, faltante de producto, desviación de calidad o situación operativa al Sous Chef o Chef Ejecutivo. Contribuir a mantener un ambiente de cocina profesional, seguro, colaborativo y alineado con la cultura de Hyde. Realizar otras funciones relacionadas con la operación culinaria que le sean asignadas por su jefe directo. Requisitos Experiencia previa como Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie o posición similar en hotelería, restaurantes, lifestyle o alta cocina. Formación en Gastronomía, Artes Culinarias o carrera afín, preferentemente. Conocimiento sólido de técnicas de cocina, preparación de alimentos, mise en place, emplatado y estándares de presentación. Conocimiento de normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria, manipulación de alimentos y procedimientos HACCP. Capacidad para trabajar en una operación dinámica, bajo presión y con altos estándares de calidad.
