WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding a customer base across our fresh, frozen, and retail product ranges. Your goal will be to maximise sales order value and ensure profitability, while also supporting strong process compliance and contributing to strategic growth planning. From taking accurate customer orders to identifying sales gaps, your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will make a direct impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take and manage customer orders daily, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Monitor order values, follow-up with customers, and escalate as needed.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Analyse weekly sales reports to track performance, margin, and trends.
• Work collaboratively with purchasing, transport, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain compliance with company pricing, credit, and process guidelines.
• Report competitor activity and market feedback.
• Participate in planning visits and reporting on customer interactions.
