Vos principales missions seront : Participer et animer les routines Achats / Sourcing, garantir la production des livrables à 100% dans les délais impartis. Piloter la performance QCD du projet : suivi des KPI, conformité des fournisseurs, reporting hebdomadaire. Assurer le suivi des commandes fournisseurs : accusés de réception, gestion des risques, pénalités, jalons et clôture d'affaires. Servir d’interface entre l’équipe projet et les métiers internes : gestion des écarts, coordination globale, facilitation de la coopération. Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du PrSM Leader, du Directeur Achats et du Chef de Projet. Définir et piloter la stratégie sourcing, en cohérence avec les objectifs QCD et les panels achats. Gérer la relation directe avec les fournisseurs : plans d’action, OIL, pilotage des risques, passation des commandes. Suivre les Change Requests (CR) et analyser leurs impacts sur le sourcing et les approvisionnements. Contribuer aux activités de ressourcing et de redesign-to-cost, en lien avec l’équipe projet et les achats. Participer aux revues de coordination et aux négociations, parfois dans un contexte de consortium avec un autre acteur ferroviaire. Qualifications Diplômé(e) d une école d ingénieur ou d'un master, vous justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience de 2ans en en achat et gestion de projet dans un environnement industriel.
