Tentez votre chance, le Chef Alexandre Gauthier recrute une Cheffe / un Chef de rang à l'année pour son restaurant Sur Mer à Merlimont-Plage. Restaurant et bar de plage. Ambiance et terrasse vue mer. Cuisine de la mer, 100% maison. Coquillages et crustacés, jolis poissons majoritairement côtiers, proposés crus ou cuits. Poissons et crustacés sélectionnés avec attention, soucieux de la préservation des océans et de la pêche raisonnée et durable. Le Chef et son équipe garantissent l'excellence d'un service de haute cuisine. En collaboration avec les équipes présentes et sous la responsabilité de la directrice de salle, vos missions principales seront : Accompagner les clients tout au long sur service Créer une atmosphère chaleureuse adaptée à l'établissement et contribuer ainsi à sa renommée Effectuer la mise en place (salle et terrasse) Assurer le nettoyage de la salle. Assister aux réceptions et au rangement Gérer également le nettoyage et la maintenance des machines et des équipements. Selon les horaires et les conditions météorologiques, vous êtes amené(e) à travailler en autonomie en salle et/ou en terrasse. Vous participez au rayonnement de l'ensemble de nos maisons.
