Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Cook / Chef to join our Back of House team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking our menu items to the highest standard and working alongside a tight-knit crew to maintain speed, quality, and cleanliness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to recipes and company standards
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment at all times
  • Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work effectively during peak service periods in a high-volume setting
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures (including HACCP and workplace health & safety standards)
  • Collaborate with the BOH and FOH teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and inventory control as required
