Description du poste Nous recherchons un.e Chef d'équipe & suivi prestataires H/F sur notre plateforme logistique de Vémars (95). Poste à pourvoir dès Janvier 2026. Votre mission : Piloter une équipe d’opérateurs logistiques en charge de la réception des commandes, dans le respect des exigences en matière de sécurité, qualité, productivité et environnement. Vous serez également responsable du suivi des prestataires externes intervenant sur la plateforme et ferez le lien avec la gestion des stocks sur le créneau d’après-midi. Votre quotidien sera : Superviser la réception des marchandises, en lien avec la production, les approvisionnements et les transporteurs. Garantir la qualité de service, la productivité et le respect des délais. Assurer le suivi des opérations, la mise à jour des indicateurs et la remontée des besoins de maintenance. Optimiser les flux et les emplacements de stockage, en coordination avec le responsable des stocks. Encadrer et animer les équipes au quotidien (3 à 10 collaborateurs) : plannings, suivi des présences, montée en compétences et entretiens annuels. Promouvoir la sécurité, la qualité et le respect des valeurs de l’entreprise au sein du service. Veiller à la bonne application des consignes de sécurité et de propreté, et assurer l’ouverture/fermeture du site. Piloter ou soutenir les opérations en cas de forte activité. Collaborer avec les services internes et assurer le suivi des prestataires extérieurs.
