Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de l’établissement et du Chef de Réception, l’Assistant(e) Chef de Réception contribue à la gestion opérationnelle du service front office. __________ - Maintien des standards d'accueil en réception et conciergerie. - Faire respecter les procédures internes et diriger l'équipe réception de jour et de nuit en relation avec les réservations et la bagagerie. - Veiller à personnaliser l'accueil de la clientèle ainsi que le suivi de la dite-clientèle pendant la durée de son séjour. - Assurer en fonction de l'activité (occupation, arrivées, départs), la présence d'un interlocuteur responsable face à la clientèle. - Direction/supervision/motivation de l'ensemble des équipes. - Participer à la réalisation des taux d'occupation, prix moyens et chiffres d'affaires budgétés, tout en minimisant les coûts. - Participer et motiver l’équipe afin de réaliser le budget upsell. - Préparer les arrivées (attribution des chambres, VIP, etc…) : les VIP doivent impérativement être accompagnés en chambre. - Veiller à ce que toutes les arrivées du jour soient connues par les réceptionnistes et concierges. - Veiller à la bonne tenue de toute l'équipe (vestimentaire - langage - ponctualité). - Veiller au respect de la procédure téléphonique. - Veiller à ce que la réception, le hall et l'entrée de l'hôtel soient d'une propreté irréprochable. - Veiller à la communication au sein de la réception et aux passages rigoureux des consignes. - Vérification journalière de la clôture du système informatique Fidelio : - Contrôle de la facturation chambres et différents points de ventes de l’hôtel de la journée précédente.
