Description du poste Dans le cadre d'un projet de construction d'une nouvelle usine et de l'évolution du procédé de fabrication du produit qui en résulte, vous contribuez à la maîtrise et à la performance du pilotage du projet dans sa globalité, en assurant le support aux équipes opérationnelles, sur l'atteinte de leurs objectifs de coûts et délais, en passant par la maîtrise des risques et opportunités et la maîtrise des livrables. Vous intervenez en organisant le projet de construction d'usine par lots, et responsables de lot, et mettez en place les outils de management du projet. Vous identifiez les livrables nécessaires pour tenir les objectifs du projet, vous construisez les différents plannings du projet (planning macro à destination de la direction, un planning opérationnel à destination de l’équipe projet et un planning détaillé pour chaque lot). Vous identifiez le chemin critique du projet avec la mise en place d’un système d’alerte en cas de dérive et la proposition d’un plan d’actions permettant de retrouver de la marge. Vous mettez en place des indicateurs permettant de piloter quantifier les marges et les retards du projet de création de site industriel et un compte-rendu hebdomadaire de la réunion de suivi des actions à piloter. Vous aidez à la construction des budgets CAPEX et OPEX du projet, et en pilotez les coûts. En ce qui concerne les procédés de fabrication, vous mettez en place laa planification des différents lots du projet, et l'intégrez dans le projet principal. Vous préparez l’Etat Récapitulatif des Dépenses (ERD) annuel du projet à destination de l’ADEME.
