Description du poste Nous recrutons un.e chef.fe d’équipe pour piloter le service enregistrement des échantillons au sein de notre laboratoire Eurofins Hydrologie Est à Maxéville. Vous serez responsable de l’équipe de l’après-midi, composée de 4 à 5 personnes. Rattaché.e à la cheffe de service, vous aurez pour mission : Planifier, encadrer et animer l’activité de l’équipe (4 à 5 personnes) ; Superviser la qualité et la sécurité des opérations au sein de l’équipe, en assurant le respect des normes et procédures ; Suivre l’activité à travers des reportings réguliers et mettre en place des actions correctives Gérer les recrutements et participer à la formation et à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs ; Proposer des actions d'amélioration, sur le plan technique et organisationnel ; Réceptionner les livraisons d’échantillons (port de charge, manutention) ; Gérer les échantillons : réception, scan, enregistrement des flacons à l’aide du logiciel interne ; Organiser le départ des échantillons vers nos laboratoires sous-traitants ; Veiller à la communication interne ou externe en cas de problème logistique (non-réception d’échantillons, quantité insuffisante, retard…) ; Respecter les consignes d’hygiène et de sécurité.
