Description du poste Au sein d'une équipe sur un projet de grande envergure (sup. à 100 M€) vos principales missions seront : Coordination des études de conception : Collaborer/coordonner avec les architectes, décorateurs, ingénieurs spécialistes et autres parties prenantes pour garantir que la conception réponde aux exigences du projet et du client. Maîtrise d'œuvre d'exécution : Superviser les travaux de construction, assurer le respect des délais, des budgets, de la qualité et des normes. Planification et suivi des projets : Élaborer des plannings détaillés, suivre l'avancement des études et travaux. Résolution de problèmes : Identifier et résoudre les problèmes qui surviennent au cours du projet, en minimisant les impacts sur les délais et les coûts. Gestion Client : Interlocuteur privilégié du maitre d'ouvrage, assurer la gestion de la mission Vos principales taches seront : Coordination des intervenants : Planifier et coordonner les différentes équipes en études ou corps de métier sur le chantier pour assurer une progression fluide du projet. Suivi du planning : Veiller au respect des délais et ajuster les plannings en fonction des imprévus en phase études et travaux. Contrôle de la conformité et qualité des travaux : S'assurer que les travaux réalisés respectent les normes de qualité et les spécifications du projet, Assurer la Direction de l'exécution des travaux.
