Nous assurons des missions de conseil, de management et d’ingénierie technique dans toutes les disciplines : Electricité, CVCD, Fluides, Structure, Synthèse, ingénierie biomédicale compétences complétées par l’expertise des entités spécialisées comme Actierra (environnement et développement durable), Arcora (structures d’enveloppes et de façades), Cicad (MOEX et OPC), Mazet (économie de la construction). Au sein du Pôle Privé et Industrie, Vous interviendrez sur la conception et le pilotage global d’opérations de bâtiment, en maîtrise d’œuvre et en AMO, avec une forte composante projets complexes, industriels et restructurations lourdes. Dans un environnement où les projets industriels nécessitent une compréhension fine des enjeux clients et une capacité à structurer des opérations parfois peu définies en amont, vous serez en mesure d’appréhender les problématiques techniques globales, d’échanger avec les services techniques des clients et de piloter l’ensemble des phases de la maîtrise d’œuvre, voire certaines missions d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage. À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à : Piloter un projet majeur ou un portefeuille d’opérations, depuis les phases amont jusqu’au suivi de réalisation. Assurer la coordination des équipes internes pluridisciplinaires et des partenaires externes (architectes, bureaux d’études, entreprises). Être garant(e) des engagements contractuels, techniques et financiers des affaires suivies.
