Il.elle est le.la garant.e de la relation client, de l’installation des clients à la table à l’encaissement des tables. Les missions principales : Assurer un service irréprochable auprès des tables assignées à son rang - Assurer un service optimal auprès de son rang. - Assurer la prise de commande selon les standards de l'établissement et les processus en vigueur au sein de l’établissement - Apporter des compléments d’informations si nécessaire au client grâce à sa connaissance des mets et boissons servis au sein de l’établissement - Être force de proposition auprès du client dès l’installation de celui-ci (boissons ou apéritif par exemple) et tout au long du service (desserts, cafés, digestifs) - Anticiper les besoins du client et veiller à ce qu’il ne manque de rien (pain, boissons) à aucun moment que ce soit. - Vérifier que le plat servi correspond aux standards du restaurant. - Avant de donner l’addition aux clients, débarrasser au maximum la table.
