🎯 LES MISSIONS Rattaché.e au Directeur du Pôle Agricole, le ou la Chef.fe de Projet Pré construction Agricole intervient principalement après l’obtention des PC de nos installations agrivoltaïques et jusqu’à la mise en service de ces installations. Il.elle est garant.e de la bonne mise en œuvre des mesures agricoles décidées avant l’obtention des PC. Il.Elle sera aussi en charge du suivi réglementaire lié aux projets agrivoltaïques. Il.elle travaille en interaction avec l’ensemble des services internes œuvrant à la construction et la mise en service de ces installations. Sur les aspects dits « Préconstruction » : 1. En amont de la phase Préconstruction, à la demande des CDP Agri, assurer la faisabilité de la demande de PC du point de vue agricole sur les aspects techniques, juridiques et économiques (designs particuliers, bâtiments agricoles, raccordement à l'eau, …) ; 2. Après obtention des PC, assurer la bonne circulation des informations sur les aspects agricoles entre les services de Photosol, et notamment veiller au bon respect des engagements agricoles pris vis-à-vis de l’exploitant agricole et du territoire ; 3. Gérer la réalisation des aménagements agricoles décidés (abreuvoirs, raccordement eau, construction bâtiments, …) ; 4. Après obtention des PC et jusqu’à la mise en service, faire le lien avec les agriculteurs et s’assurer de la bonne gestion du planning d’arrivée de l’agriculteur sur l’installation. Assurer la bonne passation des informations à Photom Services, filiale en charge de l’exploitation et de la maintenance ; 5. Suivi des mesures agricoles réalisées durant la construction (suivi technique et budgétaire) et assurer de bonnes conditions d’entrée pour l’agriculteur ; 6. Accompagner le juridique sur la phase finale de sécurisation de l’agriculteur exploitant. Sur le suivi et contrôle des installations : 7. Mise en place et suivi des mesures de compensation agricole collective et des mesures d'accompagnement agricole ; 8. Mise en place des mesures de suivi et de contrôle réglementaire du point de vue agricole ; 9. Consolider les REX agricoles en phase construction et en phase exploitation, et les communiquer aux services internes dédiés. 🎯 LE PROFIL RECHERCHE Bac+5 en agronomie/agriculture ; Première expérience sur des missions similaires souhaitée ; Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse ; Bonne capacité à communiquer ; Autonomie, capacité rédactionnelle.
