Vous intervenez sur des projets d'envergure et très variés. Tertiaires, enseignement, Industriels, Recherche, hospitaliers,... de la phase esquisse à la réalisation des travaux. Vos principales missions sont : Les études de conception d’installation dans les domaines du chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, plomberie, fluides spéciaux et désenfumage ; A ce titre, l’ingénieur-e participe au choix des solutions techniques (estimation financière, dimensionnement des solutions techniques et réseaux divers, diagnostic d’installations ainsi qu’à l’optimisation énergétique) ; La rédaction des cahiers des charges dans toutes les phases de la conception (concours, APS, APD, PRO) L’analyse des offres et les rapports de synthèse ; Le suivi ponctuel des chantiers et visas techniques en cours de chantier ; La réception technique des installations en fin de travaux ; Les réunions avec les intervenants du projet pendant toutes les phases d’une affaire ; L’encadrement et le contrôle des rendus des projeteurs sur vos projets.
