ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and continue developing leadership skills in a fast-paced, creative kitchen environment.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional dishes to consistently high standards—whether during day-to-day service or special events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the team with confidence and efficiency during service
  • Support kitchen leadership with daily operations and team coordination
  • Ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Train, supervise, and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Maintain excellent food safety and health & safety compliance
  • Step up to manage the kitchen in the absence of Head Chef
