In this role, you will partner closely with the Chef de Cuisine to support day-to-day culinary operations, including service execution and special events. This position requires a strong on-the-floor presence, working directly alongside the team to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in every dish, in alignment with Michelin- and Forbes-level standards. This full-time position is based at the JUSTIN Estate: 11680 Chimney Rock Road, Paso Robles, CA. This position requires weekend availability and the ability to work late nights.
