We are a fast-paced, high-end artisan bakery with a growing reputation for our popular Pizza Nights. As we continue to expand this part of the business, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in making Neapolitan-style pizzas with wood-burning ovens
  • Confident working with high hydration doughs
  • Knowledgeable about other pizza styles (Romano, Detroit, etc.) – a bonus, not essential
  • Driven, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Flexible, with availability for evening and weekend work
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Holds the right to work in the UK
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for producing exceptional pizzas that showcase the quality and creativity our customers have come to expect. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our bakery’s expansion and help shape the future of our pizza offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and baking pizzas using a wood-burning oven
  • Working with high hydration, Neapolitan-style pizza doughs
  • Assisting in developing and expanding our menu with other pizza styles (Romano, Detroit, etc.)
  • Maintaining high levels of quality, presentation, and consistency under pressure
