Belmondo’s Group operate several high-quality food businesses in Noosa Heads.
We are looking for qualified chefs to join our kitchen team at El Capitano, Dona Mexican and Mahi Mahi.
The ideal applicant will have experience in a busy kitchen environment and should have no trouble managing their own section independently.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• At least 2 years chef experience in a busy kitchen
• The ability to create, bake and prepare dishes in accordance with an existing menu
• Have the creativity to add to our already established menu
• Enjoy working as part of a high performing team
• Willing to assist in all areas
• The ability to be flexible, agile and industry-led – you will be required to work weekends.
• Can work without supervision.
• Follows through with set tasks as they are assigned.
• Is cool, calm and collected
• Have a genuine passion to serve good quality and well-presented food;
• Work well under pressure;
• Can maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards;

You will need to be hard-working and available to work a rotating roster of days and evenings.
