Description du poste En tant que chef de rang, vous offrez à nos clients un service aux petits oignons. Si vous l’acceptez, vos missions principales seront les suivantes : Management : Gérer, organiser et contrôler le travail des serveurs en assurant les briefings et débriefings en début et fin de chaque service. Commercialisation & relation client : Garantir la satisfaction client tout au long du service, de l’accueil jusqu’à l’encaissement. Exploitation : Participer et contrôler à la mise en place du restaurant, du bar et autres espaces. Accueillir, installer et conseiller la clientèle en mettant en avant les produits de la carte. Prendre les commandes et assurer le suivi et la distribution en vérifiant la qualité des prestations. Assurer l’encaissement des factures clients conformément aux bons de commande et contrôler la caisse. Gérer les réclamations des clients et en informer sa hiérarchie.
