Description du poste Nous recrutons un(e) chef de partie cuisine (H/F) pour notre seconde table L'Espace PH3 situé à Vienne en Isère (38). En temps que chef de partie vous aurez en charge : Assister le chef de cusine du bistrot dans ses fonctions et lors des services. Assurer la mise en place du matin avec les équipes et de soir si le besoin. se fait sentir. Assurer avec l’ensemble de l’équipe les services du petit déjeuner, déjeuner et du dîner. D'être force de proposition mais aussi attentif aux demandes du chef Etre un leader, un moteur et un exemple aurpès des équipes. Assurer un travail de haut vol, une exemplarité auprès de toutes et tous. Assurer la gestion du service en l'absence du chef lors de ses repos, deux jours par semaine. Poste en CDI 39h/semaine. La brigade est composée de 6 personnes embauchées à l’année et en cdi. Votre situation de chef de partie vous obligera à être un leader souriant et dynamique dans l’équipe, vous aurez sous votre responsabilités des jeunes en formation mais aussi des commis qu'il faudra emmener avec vous vers un magnifique voyage culinaire. Qualifications Vous devrez être un bon acheteur pour gérer les commandes avec le chef sachant reconnaître les besoins de vos clients pour adapter sans cesse l’offre qui est proposée mais vous devrez aussi assurer le dressage des listes de mise en place. Votre salaire sera calculé en fonction de votre formation, votre vécu professionnel.
