Descripción del empleo El/la Chef de Partie será responsable de gestionar su partida, cubriendo principalmente los servicios de desayuno y almuerzo, garantizando el más alto nivel de excelencia culinaria y consistencia en cada servicio. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el Chef Ejecutivo y el Sous Chef, participando activamente en la producción, presentación y organización diaria de la cocina. Sus responsabilidades incluyen la preparación de mise en place, ejecución de platos, control de calidad, así como el cumplimiento de los estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. También colaborará en la gestión de pedidos, control de stock y aprovechamiento del producto. Para el/la chef adecuado/a, La Donaira representa un auténtico espacio de creación. Es una oportunidad para contribuir activamente, aportar ideas y explorar nuevas técnicas de producción alimentaria, como fermentaciones, conservas o elaboraciones artesanales. Buscamos una persona con pasión por todo el ciclo de producción, desde la tierra hasta el plato.
