Description du poste Vos futurs enjeux et challenges sont multiples : En tant que Chef.fe de Partie H/F/X, vous cuisinez et dressez les plats conformément aux fiches techniques tout en veillant à leur qualité. Vous organisez le travail de votre partie de cuisine, formez et contrôlez le travail des demi-chefs de partie, commis, apprentis, stagiaires. vous appliquez et faites appliquer les règles d’hygiènes dans votre équipe.
