Oatlands Park Hotel are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our amazing team.

• Cook and maintain buffet breakfast as well as special requirements and plated breakfast as required.
• Ensure stock rotation and keep stock control procedures.
• Receive and check delivered foods as well as storage of them.
• Prepare mis en place according to business needs.
• Ensure work stations are clean and tidy
• Work closely with restaurant to ensure guest breakfast experience is of high standard
• Assist other chefs as required
• To work six days per week.
