Description du poste Vos missions : Piloter la réponse à des appels d'offres publics et privés, Encadrer techniquement des ingénieurs de l'équipe pour les faire monter en compétences, Etre le garant de l'aspect contractuel et financier des projets, Concevoir et dimensionner des ouvrages hydrauliques, des barrages et aménagements hydroélectriques, Réaliser et coordonner des études (stades préfaisabilité, faisabilité, APS, APD), constitution de DAO, Participer et assurer la gestion d'activités de supervision de travaux : revue des études d'exécution, suivi de travaux, réception, et mise en service de barrages et aménagements hydroélectriques Intervenir ponctuellement sur site (barrages, usines), pour des inspections d'ouvrages, expertises et études réglementaires, Contribuer au renforcement du référentiel technique de l’équipe, outils et méthodes, Coordonner les équipes techniques internes pluridisciplinaires, Encadrer techniquement des ingénieurs pour les faire monter en compétences. Votre équipe : L’activité Barrages et Hydroélectricité est aujourd’hui constituée d’une centaine de personnes, toutes compétences confondues, travaillant au quotidien sur des projets de grande ampleur au stade de la conception et en suivi de réalisation. L’activité intervient principalement dans le développement de projets hydroélectriques à l’International mais également dans la surveillance et la réhabilitation du parc de barrages existants en France. Qualifications Vos atouts : Titulaire d'un BAC+5, vous avez acquis une expérience de minimum 10 ans en bureau d'étude sur des missions similaires (hydroélectricité, ouvrages hydrauliques). La maîtrise de l'anglais est nécessaire au vu du contexte international des projets. Le permis B est exigé pour les déplacements sur site.
